Abstract:
Identifying the factors patients use to arrive at dental treatment decisions is useful in the marketing and planning of clinical treatment. Dentists perceive these factors in a certain way. This article discusses the factors used by patients in making treatment decisions and compares those factors with the perceptions of experienced dental practitioners.
