Abstract:
A variant of liquid-phase radioimmunoassay (RIA) with murine monoclonal antibodies E7(B2-1) to human alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is described. AFP levels were measured by RIA with a commercial DIAplus kit in the sera of patients with germinogenic tumors and of pregnant women.
