Abstract
Background:
Pelvic masses requiring surgical evaluation have many different causes.
Case:
In an unusual case, a pelvic mass was found to comprise approximately 40 gallstones. Laparoscopy was performed, and the gallstones were removed easily.
Conclusion:
Nongynecologic causes should be considered in the differential diagnosis of pelvic masses.
