  • To evaluate peri-implant tissue reactions to immediately loaded TPS implants in Macaca fascicularis monkeys.
  • To compare bone-implant contact (BIC) percentages between immediately loaded and unloaded implants.
  • To assess the presence of fibrous connective tissue at the implant-bone interface.

    • These findings support the clinical efficacy of immediate loading protocols for TPS dental implants.
