[Supravalvular aortic stenosis. 6 operated cases]

6 cases of aortic supravalvular stenosis with associated abnormalities are reported. An aetiopathogenetic, anatomopathological and clinical discussion follows and the excellent results obtained with the therapy employed are reported.
