Abstract:
E. coli tRNA(Lys) anticodon loop fragment (Umnm5s2UUUt6A) 1 and its analogues 2-6 were synthesized by the classical phosphotriester approach in solution. The preparation of suitably protected derivatives of N6-threonylcarbamoyladenosine 18 is also described.
