Effect of dupilumab on atopic manifestations in patients treated for atopic dermatitis in real-life practice.

  • The patient's leukokeratosis resolved completely following treatment with Extencilline (penicillin G benzathine).
  • No recurrence was observed at the one-year follow-up, indicating successful treatment.

Implications:

  • This case highlights that syphilis can manifest with isolated oral lesions, mimicking other dermatological conditions.
