Background:

Drug-induced cutaneous pseudolymphomas are rare conditions that clinically and pathologically resemble malignant lymphomas.
Despite their concerning appearance, these pseudolymphomas have a benign clinical course, resolving after the causative agent is discontinued.

Observation:

A case of carbamazepine-induced pseudolymphoma in a 30-year-old woman is presented.
This case is notable for its minimal clinical presentation, with only six small papules observed.

Findings:

Carbamazepine, Phenytoins, barbiturates, and ACE inhibitors are identified as primary drug culprits for cutaneous pseudolymphomas.
These drug-induced lesions often mimic T-cell lymphomas, presenting a diagnostic challenge.
The clinical spectrum ranges from severe presentations like erythroderma to milder forms, as seen in this case.
