Summary

Severe cutaneous reactions like Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) from lamotrigine (LTG) share similar characteristics. These reactions may also indicate lamotrigine-induced antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome (AHS).
