[Primary biliary cirrhosis associated with pericardial effusion]

Summary
This case study shows that colchicine and ursodesoxycholic acid effectively treated pericardial effusion in a patient with primary biliary cirrhosis and antiphospholipid antibodies. The effusion resolved and did not return after treatment.
