[Isolation and identification of two anthraquinones from Rumex gmelini Turcz]
Abstract:
Two known compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of root of Rumex gmelini. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods as 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl chrysophanol and 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl emodin. The two compounds were isolated from R. gmelin for the first time.
