Abstract:
Laparoscopic procedures were performed in 38 adolescents with primary varicocele. The procedures were performed in patients under general anesthesia. In 3 patients varicocele persisted and after three months conventional surgery was performed. There were no other complications in our patients. The patients were discharged on the second postoperative day. Laparoscopic varicocele ligation is a simple and safe technique with a good efficacy.
