[Early indications for pars plana vitrectomy in idiopathic macular holes]

The authors demonstrate the results of pars plana vitrectomy in idiopathic macular holes in a group of their patients where, based on postoperative results, they draw attention to the importance of early diagnosis of the disease and indication of surgery.
