Background:

Leukemia cutis (LC) is a rare extramedullary manifestation of leukemia.
It often presents with diverse and sometimes atypical skin lesions.
Early recognition is crucial for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Observation:

A 42-year-old male presented with generalized, variable-sized, dark brownish to erythematous patches and plaques.
Skin lesions appeared 6 months prior, without pruritus or tenderness.
Associated symptoms included fevers and abdominal discomfort.

Findings:

Peripheral blood smear revealed a high lymphocyte count (86%).
Histologic examination demonstrated diffuse infiltration by leukemic cells.
Laboratory findings indicated an elevated leukocyte count.
