[Results of hemoroidectomy with the use of staplers]

Hemorrhoidectomy was conducted in 222 patients: in 121 (1st group)--according to Milligan--Morgan method, in 101 (2nd group) using bronchial stump suture appliance and lung hilum suture appliance apparatuses. Of the first group patients in 32.2% a pain syndrome was noted, in 21.4%--a disuric disorders, in 9.9%--perianal oedema, in 3%--hemorrhage. In the second group complications were absent.
