Sus antecedentes:

Los vehículos autónomos han experimentado mejoras significativas en la última década.
A pesar de los avances, la confianza del público en la tecnología de vehículos autónomos es notablemente baja y está disminuyendo.

Objetivo del estudio:

Analizar el estado actual de la confianza pública en los vehículos autónomos.
Identificar la brecha entre el progreso tecnológico y la percepción pública.

Principales métodos:

Se realizó una encuesta en octubre de 2023 para medir los niveles de comodidad del público con automóviles autónomos.
Los datos se compararon con los años anteriores (2021, 2022) para identificar las tendencias en la confianza pública.

Principales resultados:

Solo el 37% de los estadounidenses expresaron estar cómodos en un vehículo autónomo.
Esto representa una disminución del 39% en 2022 y del 41% en 2021.
Los usuarios de la tecnología muestran mayor entusiasmo en comparación con el público en general.

Conclusiones:

La percepción de que la tecnología de conducción autónoma no cumple con las expectativas ha sacudido la confianza del público.
Hay una desconexión significativa entre las capacidades de los vehículos autónomos y la aceptación pública.
