Abstract:
The changing needs for Australian health service managers and health professionals involved in management were identified, and the postgraduate course for health service managers, the Master of Health Administration, was extensively revised to accommodate these changes. The process of the review is outlined briefly, and the factors which were considered are highlighted. The results of the review and a description for the revised course are presented. Some future changes are anticipated.
