Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) encompasses various ulcerative skin conditions.

A patient presented with a decade-long history of superficial facial, truncal, and upper arm ulcers.
Comprehensive diagnostics ruled out underlying systemic diseases.
Histopathology revealed granulomatous dermatitis consistent with vegetative PG.

Standard cultures for fungal and bacterial infections were negative.
The patient's condition did not improve with topical treatments.
