Abstract:
Time course of lipid peroxidation and the state of antioxidant system of dog blood in an experimental haemorrhage were studied. Increases of conjugated dienes, malonic dialdehyde, Shiff's bases contents, lipid peroxidation degree were revealed. Enteral correction of the haemorrhage by the glucose-aminoacid saline enriched by mafusol promotes a decrease of lipid peroxidation.
