Fixed drug eruption can be caused by fluconazole. Local skin testing confirmed fluconazole as the cause of the fixed drug eruption, showing clinical and histopathological changes.

  • This case highlights the utility of localized drug provocation testing in diagnosing fluconazole-induced fixed drug eruption.
  • Accurate diagnosis prevents future exposure and guides alternative therapeutic choices for patients with fungal infections.
