Summary

This study analyzed Rorschach test results for 100 children, finding better-than-average behaviors. It provides normative data for the Comprehensive System in preteen populations.

Background:

Limited peer-reviewed Rorschach studies exist for nonpatient children.
The Comprehensive System is a standardized method for Rorschach interpretation.

Purpose of the Study:

To establish normative Rorschach data for preteenage children using the Comprehensive System.
To investigate the behavioral characteristics of this nonpatient sample.

Main Methods:

100 preteenage children were administered the Rorschach test, coded using the Comprehensive System.
Participants also completed the Conners Parent Rating Scale-93 and met exclusionary behavior criteria.

Main Results:

The study presents comprehensive Rorschach ratios and indexes for the nonpatient sample.
