Summary

Microlaparotomy cholecystectomy (MLC) presents surgical challenges, with avoidable difficulties reduced through proper patient positioning, incision selection, anesthesia, and specialized instruments. Optimized techniques significantly decrease conversion rates in this minimally invasive biliary tract surgery.
