The figure of Pasteur is here recalled on occasion of the centenary of his death, for his researches and discoveries, dedicating his life to the scientific work of observation and experimentation, far from preconceived theories, the repercussions of his successes, which transformed biology and medical sciences, and his sticking to an unconditional moral strength.
