Summary

Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) show a higher prevalence of hypothyroidism and thyroid antibodies. This study investigated autoimmune thyroid disease and antibodies in 300 SLE patients, finding increased hypothyroidism rates compared to the general population.
