[T.V.T.: a new operation to correct stress urinary incontinence]

The author presents a video with a new surgical technique to correct the urine effort incontinence in women, known as T.V.T. (tension-free vaginal type), it means, free tension band. It is called so because raising the vesical neck, it doesn't knot neither fixes to any structure. It is a simple technique, that can be make as major ambulatory surgery, and in our experience over one hundred cases, it solves finally the effort incontinence, and it improves appreciably the neutrogen component in mixed incontinences.
