Summary

Nebulized morphine did not improve exercise performance or reduce breathlessness in patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD). This study found no confirmation for its use in managing dyspnea in ILD patients.

  • Included adult patients with ILD in an RCT or high-quality CCT comparing nebulized morphine to a control.
