Abstract:
Pulse oximeters are used in many departments of a hospital. The pc-based pulse oximetry monitor for many patients has the features of simplicity, flexibility, large memory, powerful function, high ratio of performance to price, and it is easy to communicate with multimonitors. The principles of hardware system and the function of software block of the monitor are introduced too in this paper.
