Summary

Intraoperative bleeding during laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) can negatively impact visual outcomes. Patients experiencing this complication showed reduced uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, and glare acuity post-surgery.
