Background:

  • Progressive brain injury (PBI) is a significant complication following traumatic head injury.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the clinical manifestations of progressive brain injury after trauma.

  • Retrospective review of 779 patients with head injury and admission Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) of 9 or more.
