Positive tensilon test and intracranial tumor: a case report

Summary

A positive Tensilon test, typically indicating myasthenia gravis, can also be associated with intracranial tumors. This case highlights the importance of considering neurological tumors in differential diagnoses, even with classic myasthenia gravis signs.
