Beta-catenin expression in benign and malignant pilomatrix neoplasms

Summary
Beta-catenin nuclear and cytoplasmic staining patterns were similar in pilomatricoma (PM) and pilomatrix carcinoma (PC). Despite shared expression, PM and PC exhibit different biological behaviors, suggesting a common pathway activation in tumorigenesis.
