Handedness is associated with immune functioning and behavioural reactivity in rhesus macaques

This study found that rhesus macaques with more right-hand reaches had higher CD4+ (T-helper) cell counts and showed more aggression towards humans. This suggests a link between behavioral lateralization, immune function, and reactivity in primates.
