Bilateral bifid mandibular condyles, a rare anomaly, were incidentally found on panoramic radiography. Associated magnetic resonance imaging revealed bilateral anterior disc displacement without reduction, highlighting a potential link between condylar morphology and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
