  • Seven patients (4 female, 3 male) underwent laparoscopic pancreatectomy (pancreaticoduodenectomy, n=4; intermediate, n=1; distal resection with splenectomy, n=2).
  • No operative mortality occurred; postoperative morbidity included two low-output pancreatic leaks.
  • Mean operative time was 342 minutes, blood loss 289 mL, and hospital stay 14 days.
  • Pathological diagnoses included neuroendocrine tumors (n=5), ductal adenocarcinoma (n=1), and metastatic melanoma (n=1).
