Objective:
To study the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on cleaning hydroxygen free radical.
Methods:
EPR.
Result:
When the concentrations of LBP were 0.25 mg/ml and 1.0 mg/ml, the cleaning rates of LBP to hydroxygen free radical were 18.64% and 87.29%.
Conclusion:
LBP in low concentration can obviously clean hydroxygen free radical, but its clearance ability in high concentration descends.
