Abstract:
Anthocyanins (2-phenyl-benzo-gamma-piron derivatives) are water-soluble plant pigments. Also they are components of human diet because of their common occurrence. They influence oxidative-reductive balance, modify inflammatory processes, regulate apoptosis, and furthermore can be benefcial in tumors treatment.
