Minocycline hyperpigmentation isolated to the subcutaneous fat

Minocycline, an antibiotic for acne, can cause skin discoloration. This case highlights a rare instance where pigmentation occurred exclusively in subcutaneous fat, not the dermis, with a negative iron stain.
