Abstract:
Researching the potential radiosensitizers the paper describes several syntheses of 4-fluoro-3-nitrophenacyl alkylxanthates. The compounds are obtained as result of condensation 4-fluoro-3-nitrophenacyl bromide with respective potassium alkylxanthates where R are allyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, isopropyl-, butyl-, isobutyl-, pentyl-, isopentyl-, hexyl-, heptyl-, octyl-, isooctyl-, decyl-, 3-tetrahydrofurfuryl-, benzyl-, phenylethyl- and phenylpropyl-.
