Abstract:
There were adduced the results of application of the dermal equivalent, manufactured using the tissue engineering methods, in complex of treatment of the lower extremities trophic ulcer. The pathogenetic substantiation was suggested for application of the method in the treatment of trophic ulcers. Possible advantages of the dermal equivalent imposition vs autodermoplasty performance were estimated.
