Treatment of radiation proctitis with hyperbaric oxygen

Hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT) offers significant symptom improvement for radiation proctitis, a complication of pelvic radiation therapy. This therapy is a viable option for patients unresponsive to conventional treatments.
