[Laryngocele and pyolaryngocele]

Report of one case of laryngocele and an other one of pyolaryngocele, in two children with laryngeal papillomatosis. Review of the treatment and the origin of the process as well. The AA. point out that with regard to the cause there is an interrelation between a congenital predisposition, represented by a large ventricular appendix, and other postnatal acquired factors, for instance, the papillomatosis present in the two patients, which justify the paper.
