Closed-circuit anesthesia preserves skin blood flow during surgery

Closed-circuit anesthesia (CCA) using isoflurane better preserves skin blood flow and hemodynamic stability compared to semiclosed anesthesia (SCA). This technique offers advantages for microcirculation control during surgery.
