Multiple myeloma manifesting as a salmon patch conjunctival mass

A salmon patch conjunctival mass in a 70-year-old man was diagnosed as multiple myeloma. This case highlights multiple myeloma as a potential cause of conjunctival lesions.

- Hematologic tests supported the diagnosis.

- Early recognition can aid in timely diagnosis and management of multiple myeloma.
