- Intratumoral gene expression levels of EGFR, ERCC1, and GST-P1 may serve as useful predictive biomarkers for clinical outcomes in metastatic CRC patients receiving first-line CPT-11 based chemotherapy.
- Further validation in larger prospective studies is warranted to confirm these findings and their clinical utility.
