Assisted and resisted sprint training in swimming

Summary

Resisted-sprint in overstrength (OSt) training improved swimming velocity and stroke rate more effectively than assisted-sprint in overspeed (OSp) training. OSt enhanced muscle strength and stroke technique, proving superior for competitive swimmers.
