    A rare case of recurrent serous retinal detachment after optic nerve surgery suggests a potential fistula between the subarachnoid and subretinal spaces. Surgeons should carefully consider the radial incision depth during optic nerve procedures.

    • This case highlights the possibility of a fistula forming between the subarachnoid and subretinal spaces.
