Abstract:
A method for the complement determination is suggested by a 50 percent hemolysis microtest with the use of ELISA processor II for automated procedure and registration. The results obtained with this technique virtually do not differ from the data of the routine macromethod. The method is suggested for mass immunologic screenings.
