Summary

A new Giemsa stain with indirect fluorescent light (G-IFL) method enhances eosinophil detection in eosinophilic esophagitis (EE) and reflux esophagitis (RE) tissues. This sensitive and rapid G-IFL technique offers a quicker alternative to traditional hematoxylin-eosin staining.
