Abstract:
Used correctly, site visits will greatly facilitate the decision making process and will encourage consensus among the PACS selection team. Further, site visits are a great way to see a product in action, to learn from others mistakes and successes, and to make some great contacts for your ongoing PACS journey. Being prepared and organized will ensure a successful site visit. A detailed questionnaire is provided at the end of the article to help facilitate the process.
