Right bundle branch block pattern during right ventricular permanent pacing: Is it safe or not?

A patient with a dual chamber pacemaker showed a right bundle branch block pattern on ECG, initially suggesting a misplaced ventricular lead. However, further tests confirmed the lead was correctly positioned in the right ventricular apex.
